This agreement allows you the unlimited usage of a rental cart for the season.

Stipulations:

  • You are liable for any damage to the cart that you cause.
  • Usage of the carts will be limited to their availability at the time.  
  • It is recommended you call the clubhouse to reserve a cart before arriving.
  • You will not be issued a key to any cart.  The key must be picked up at clubhouse each time you play.  
  • Each fee is for the use of one cart for the season, per membership.  Non-transferable.

    2023 CART RENTAL AGREEMENT
    By typing your legal name below in the Signature field, you agree to be bound by the following stipulations:
    • You are liable for any damage to the cart that you cause.
    • This agreement does NOT guarantee that a cart will be available.  Usage of the carts will be limited to their availability at the time.   It is recommended that you call the clubhouse (712-482-6614) to reserve a cart for your arrival.
    • Keys will not be issued to members.  You must pick up a key and drop it back off at the clubhouse each time you play.
    • This agreement is non-transferrable.  It only applies to you if you have a Single membership or to your qualifying family members if you have a Family membership.
    • This agreement is for 1 cart per membership, per season.  Additional carts must by rented at the time of usage for the posted price.
    • Annual Cart Rental Fee does NOT include tournaments.  You will need to rent a cart at the established price on the date of the tournament.
